Facilitation Discussion: "What does facilitation mean to you?" with Sparkle Sanders & Anne Heinze Silvis

Thursday, September 18th, from 5:30-7:30pm, and dinner will be provided!

About the Panel & Discussion
This panel is designed as an initial discussion to understand the depth and variety of what facilitation can mean, from person to person, as well as to discuss some challenges that can arise in facilitation. Our hope with this discussion is to inspire leaders and organizers to join us and give us feedback on how we can design future, more in-depth trainings/workshops in 2026!
During the gathering, our panelists define what facilitation means to them, which will be moderated by Ty Lewis, followed by small group discussions prompted by the following question/s: Describe a challenge that you have faced or are facing as a facilitator? How was it resolved or not? Following the small group discussions, we will open it up to a larger share-back. We will end with a final collective reflection.
We hope that you will join us!
