Before UCIMC started using Drupal, it was easy to find stories published here through google searches. Within a day or 2, stories could be found by their title, and could eventually be found as the result of searches for their content.

Recently, the Google listings for UCIMC stories are hard to find. I have an easier time getting noticed at a little site that is a sub-directory of a .us domain. I suspect there's a problem with Drupal's meta-data but not being a technical insider here, I can only speculate.

I often google topics that I've addressed in my various postings to see haow well Google likes them, to see if I'm reaching anyone. I also check other stories in the independent press to see how well they're doind and if I can help.

I'm certain something can be done to improve the Google listings of UCIMC.
They used to be much better.
